Our Story
Rose City Bakehouse started in 2020 with a simple belief: good bread takes time, good ingredients, and a refusal to cut corners. We mix our doughs by hand, ferment our sourdough for 72 hours, and source flour from Oregon mills.
Six years later, that same philosophy drives every loaf, every croissant, and every custom cake that leaves our kitchen. We bake in small batches because quality matters more than quantity. We offer gluten-free and vegan options because everyone deserves great baked goods.
From wedding cakes that make guests cry to the morning croissant that gets you through Tuesday, we put the same care into everything. That's not a tagline. It's just how we work.
